The unique time requirements of payroll services demand responsive customer support. Many of our customer service agents are former PEO professionals themselves, so are particularly sensitive to the needs of HRPyramid customers and efficient in expediting customer requests for assistance.
Web Support System
Customers submit questions and issues using our advanced web customer support system. Our case tracking system ensures that all requests are efficiently handled and personally expedited. Customer support analysts are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm. Eastern time.
Customer Resource Center (CRC) Web Site
