The web self-service application, HRPyramid Web Edition, is one of the real stars of the system. It has evolved and developed over the years into a robust but easy-to-use system that our clients and employees eagerly embrace and use. It is a rare example of a system that can accommodate and appeal to the most basic client user, yet also scale up to very complex and demanding user environments. It can be easily configured for each client without extensive knowledge of web interfaces.

As for support, FW Davison is second to no one. When errors occur in the system (usually because of something we have done), the error messages are clear and provide sufficient information to allow us to fix the problem ourselves. On the rare occasion technical support is needed, we have found the staff at FW Davison very responsive and knowledgeable. Urgent payroll-related issues receive very timely response from them. Their vision of the future of the HRPyramid system welcomes user input, and they have continually worked to modify and enhance the system to accommodate user needs and requests.
