F.W. Davison & Company has developed a new client data download for ESAC accredited PEOs. The data is used for the dual purpose of the PEO's compliance with state requirements through ESAC's eMAC program and for enrolling PEO clients in ESAC's financial assurance program.
File requirements include a column requesting the CT UI number for PEO clients in Connecticut. AS ESAC continues receiving approval from additional states for assisting PEOs with state reporting requirements, this temmplate will be updated to accommodate any additional data these states may require.
The ESAC download will be included in the upcoming HRPyramid Release 5.3. ESAC members who require the download process prior to loading the 5.3 release may request the download by visiting the Customer Resource Center and entering a ticket.
Additionally, participants in the Workers Comp Certification Institute (WCCI) have a download available to them in HRPyramid that meets the requirements of the Certification Institute. The WCCI download can be located on the Process menu of the Operations Management module in HRPyramid.
